Nusantara4d Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Please read this document carefully before using the nusantara4d platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the nusantara4d platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform.

The use of the nusantara4d platform is restricted to individuals who:

  • Being at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
  • Accessing the platform from a location where the use of this service is not prohibited by local law.
  • Registering only one personal account in their own name.
  • Providing true, accurate, and complete registration information.

Nusantara4d reserves the right to verify user identity at any time and reject registration requests or suspend accounts if eligibility criteria are not met.

2. Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities

Each user is allowed only one active account on the nusantara4d platform. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or closure of all related accounts.

You are fully responsible for:

  • Keeping your account password and login information confidential.
  • All activity conducted through your account, whether by you or others.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.
  • Keeping your personal account information up to date and accurate.

Nusantara4d is not responsible for any losses resulting from users failing to keep their login information secure. Using someone else's account or sharing accounts with third parties is prohibited.

3. Payment, Deposit and Withdrawal Information (MYR)

All financial transactions on nusantara4d are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users must ensure all deposits are made using valid payment methods in their own name. Use of bank accounts or payment methods belonging to others is prohibited.

The following are general payment rules:

  • Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to set limits and may vary from time to time.
  • All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification before they can be processed.
  • Nusantara4d reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing if there is suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or terms violations.
  • Bonus funds and rewards may be subject to separate rollover requirements before withdrawals are allowed.
  • Users may not make deposits solely to claim bonuses without genuine intent to use the platform.

All transaction disputes must be reported to nusantara4d support within 30 days from the transaction date.

4. Platform Usage Rules and Prohibitions

Nusantara4d platform users are prohibited from the following activities:

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technological tools to exploit betting or gaming systems.
  • Collaborating with other users to manipulate betting or game outcomes for unfair gain.
  • Abusing promotions or bonuses through multiple registrations, false information, or other dishonest methods.
  • Engaging in any activity that contravenes Malaysian law or the laws of the country in which the user resides.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities.
  • Attempting to access the platform's internal systems or databases without authorisation.

Any violation of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of existing balances, and legal action where necessary. nusantara4d reserves the right to report any suspected activity to the relevant authorities.

5. Limitations of Liability, Account Policies and Intellectual Property

The nusantara4d platform is provided "as is." We make no guarantees that the service will always be available without interruptions or technical errors. nusantara4d shall not be liable for any financial losses, data loss, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including technical issues, internet disruptions, or circumstances beyond control.

Account Suspension and Closure Policy

Nusantara4d reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
  • Detection of fraud, manipulation or illegal activities.
  • Users registering more than one account.
  • Accounts inactive beyond the specified period without any activity.

For account closure upon user request, users may contact customer support. Any eligible withdrawal balance will be processed according to current policies, subject to identity verification.

Intellectual Property

All content on the nusantara4d platform — including logos, designs, text, images, graphics, and software — is exclusively owned by nusantara4d or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, republish, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from nusantara4d.

6. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms, and Governing Law

Changes to Terms & Conditions

Nusantara4d reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms regularly. Continued use of the platform after changes signifies acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted under the laws applicable to the platform's operating jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved through channels designated by nusantara4d management. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
